		<description>The stipulations for GPL being viral are very dependent upon distribution.  In my eyes if you are not distributing that other database then I don&#039;t see that you would have any issues.  I personally don&#039;t see replication as &#039;distribution&#039; either.</description>

I am thinking in particular of the scenario of a bespoke database that is built in-house, or by a consultant for one client. The database won&#039;t be distributed to others and has no particular distribution license associated with it.</description>
